We Bought a Zoo
No, we didn’t buy a zoo but I would love to take care of cute animals, on second thought maybe not mostly because only Spock already drives me crazy .
Going to the Zoo is such an amazing thing, because you can really faced some of the most dangerous animals without being scared or frightened. And you can also see all the smallest details of the cutest animals on earth ! I actually don’t remember the last time I went to the Zoo, mostly because Zoos in Brazil are boring, most of them don’t have half of the animals I saw in this Zoo. Meaning, I LOVED going to the zoo, my next stop is to see the Pandas in the Ueno Zoo.
Não, nós não compramos um zoológico mas, bem que eu gostaria de cuidar de bichinhos fofinhos, pensando bem eu acho que não, só o Spock já me deixa maluca.
Ir no zoológico é sempre algo especial porque, você consegue ficar cara a cara com os animais mais perigosos do mundo sem ficar com medo ou assustada. E é tão legal porque você também pode ver todos os pequenos detalhes dos animais mais fofos do mundo ! Eu na verdade nem me lembro da última vez que eu fui ao zoológico, mais precisamente porque a maioria dos zoológicos no Brasil não são lá aquelas coisas e, a maioria deles não tem nem a metade dos animais que eu vi nesse. Resumindo, eu AMEI ir no zoológico e, a minha próxima parada é ver os pandas no zoológico de Ueno.

Since I was going to a zoo I wanted the most comfy but stylish look, and the most important of all it had to be warm because no matter how sunny it may look, it was FREEZZIN’ ! So opted for a statement (Sargent Pepper’s Beatles inspired) coat, the most warm leggings EVER, purple gloves, earmuffs and my loyal comfy boots (plus 2 layers of tights underneath).
Como eu estava indo para um zoológico eu queria um look confortável mas, que não fosse sem graça e, o mais importante tinha que ser bem “quentinho” porque não importa o quanto ensolarado está lá fora, a verdade é que estava de CONGELAR ! Então, optei por um casaco com um algo a mais (inspirado nos Beatles) , as leggings mais quentes do MUNDO, luvas roxa, earmuffs (protetores de ouvido) e as minhas leais companheiras de conforto as minhas botas (e mais 2 camadas de meias embaixo de tudo isso).
We saw a baby tiger !!!!! He was so cute and fluffy that I wanted to take him home to play with Spock !
Nós vimos um filhotinho de tigre !!! Ele era tão bontinho e tão fofinho que, eu queria levar ele para casa para brincar com o Spock !
Hamamatsu is one of the cities with the largest brazilian population so it’s quite normal to find signposts written in portuguese.
Hamamatsu é uma das cidades com a maior concentração de brasileiros então, chega a ser normal encontrar placas de sinalização em português.
So that’s it, now I’m being quit modest here, right ? I think this is the BIGGEST post ever but, I didn’t want to leave any photos behind and I hope you like it !

I love going to the zoo, but there are so few really good ones – the best one I’ve ever been to was in Berlin, and this one looks just as good. That little tiger cub is so, so cute! At times I think I’d like to take care of a lot of animals but in reality I think I just want to play with them for a while then send them home
